Consent
Getting and giving consent is important every time you share your body in a sexual way. It can feel awkward at first but practice makes progress!

Contraception
When it comes to pregnancy prevention, think of contraception as something that prevents sperm from fertilizing eggs, no matter who's in the picture! There are lots of options to chose from including hormonal and non-hormonal contraception.
Keep in mind that hormonal contraception can also be used to manage acne and in gender-affirming care for trans and non-binary folks.

Sexually Transmitted Infections
STIs have a bad reputation but rest assured, getting an STI doesn't mean anything about you as a person. While it's important to protect yourself from STIs, they are nothing to be ashamed of.
